January Highlights

Happy New Year!

Highlights from this month include:

Re-elected President John Mahama was sworn into office peacefully.

University students (along with new first-year students) returned to campus for their studies. We continue to meet with these students in Nyankpala.

We are learning about the fulfillment of the Messianic Prophecies for Kids Club.

Evangelical Church of Ghana kicked off their theme of the year, “Breaking the Horns through Prayers” from Zechariah 1:18-21.

Please continue to pray for our pastors and mission school communities this New Year. Pray specifically for Pastor Gideon in Nkwanta, as there continues to be some tribal conflict in their area. Many of his church members are now returning back to Nkwanta as the situation stabilizes. Pray for God’s mercy upon them and for a strengthening of the local church.
